John J. Towell | John J. Towell was born in Brooklyn New York in 1951. He moved to Willingboro with his family in 1964. He graduated from high school in 1969. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps and attained the rank of Lance Corporal when he was honorably discharged in 1975. He went on to work for the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. He advanced from Marine Machinist Apprentice through Project Manager and retired when the yard closed in 1995. He Married Barbara Anderson Fritz in 1981. He went on to serve as Production Manager for Evers International. John became a Fire Police Officer in Delanco in 1997. He obtained his EMT certification and served as an EMT, serving as President from 2001 – 2006.
